Who we are. Salerno Tour Guide (salernotourguide.com) is an independent, reader-supported travel guide to tours from Salerno and the Amalfi Coast. You can reach us at [email protected].

Information we collect. We do not run user accounts, newsletters or comment forms, so we don't ask you for personal information. Like most websites, our host and any analytics we use may automatically process standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device and the pages you view, in order to keep the site secure and understand which content is useful. Where we use analytics, we aim to use privacy-respecting, aggregated measurement rather than tracking you as an individual.

Cookies. Essential cookies may be used to make the site work. Affiliate partners (below) may set their own cookies when you click a booking link, so the partner can correctly attribute a booking to this site. You can control or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time; blocking them won't stop you reading the site.

Affiliate links & disclosure. Many outbound links to tours are affiliate links to GetYourGuide, and hotel links may go to Trip.com. If you click one and make a booking, we may earn a commission — you pay exactly the same price you would pay going direct, and the commission comes out of the partner's margin, not your pocket. We only feature experiences we would book ourselves, and commissions never influence which tours we recommend or the order they appear in.

Third parties & your booking. When you click through and book, you are transacting with GetYourGuide (or the relevant partner), and their own privacy policy and terms govern the data you give them — your name, contact and payment details go to them, never to us. We never see or store your booking or payment information.

Your choices & rights. Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal data held about you and to object to certain processing. Because we hold little or no personal data about individual visitors, most requests are best directed to the specific service (your host, analytics provider or GetYourGuide).
